Lou has been involved in fitness for a very long time. Starting with this childhood playing soccer, football and golf to his years in High School where he was on the Swim Team and played Water Polo for 3 seasons. A 6-year enlistment in the Navy was next where he found his true passion: working out and training clients in the gym for fitness.
For the last 20 years Lou has been learning on a daily basis different aspects of Health and Fitness. Whether it is Nutrition, Medicine or Strength Training, Lou has dedicated his time and efforts into learning so he can help his clientele from ages ranging 8 years old to 70+ years old reach the highest levels of fitness or health. A firm believer in weight training and nutrition techniques to improve clients in the fastest way possible has Lou working hard to achieve his career goal of training Olympic and Professional caliber athletes.
