Kim is a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates. She is also certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
Kim’s approach to health and fitness is combining dietary wellness with a progressive fitness program. She is dedicated to encourage her clients to live a balanced lifestyle; Body, Mind, and Spirit. She actively supports her clients with the tools necessary to achieve “Healthy Atti- tudes”, a dietary program designed to track success. She will work with you to facilitate lifestyle awareness for a better quality of life. Kim is blessed to work with the professionals on staff to encourage all clients and athletes to rediscover their inner strength to accomplish their goals.
