Minimum Class Size is Four.

Weight Training Seminars
The purpose of this seminar is to instruct / demonstrate the importance of good technique / form in order to prevent injury and improve athletic performance.  In the past we have observed in gyms some unfortunate accidents that could have been prevented if the lifter would have used some common sense.  Unfortunately for kids they copy what they see and hear from friends or people who think they know what they are doing.  The problem with this is they do not know what they are doing.

What you will learn in this course will hopefully last for a lifetime.  You will be educated and tested on correct form, posture, and execution of the most commonly used exercises in the gym.
